Information Collected via Third-Party OAuth Integrations
When you connect your account through third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook), LinkedIn, Google, or other OAuth providers, we may collect the following information with your explicit consent:
- Public Profile Data: Your name, profile picture, and public account information as configured in your privacy settings on the respective platform.
- Email Address: Your primary email address associated with your third-party account.
- Profile Picture: Your avatar or profile image used on the third-party platform.
- OAuth Tokens: Temporary access tokens that allow us to verify your identity and enable specific integrations. These tokens are stored securely and never shared with unauthorized parties.
We only request the minimum permissions necessary to provide our services. You can review and revoke these permissions at any time through your third-party account settings.

When data is no longer needed, it is permanently deleted or anonymized using industry-standard secure deletion methods.
5. Your Right to Delete Your Data
You have the right to request the complete erasure of your personal data from our systems at any time. Below are the steps to exercise this right:
Option A: Revoke Third-Party Permissions
If you connected your account via a third-party platform (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, etc.), you can revoke our app's permissions directly through your account settings on that platform:
🔵 Meta (Facebook)
- Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Click Apps and Websites (under the "Your Activity" section).
- Find Zetabot AI in the list of connected apps.
- Click Remove and confirm the removal.
- Optionally, select "Delete posts, videos, or photos Zetabot AI posted to your timeline" if prompted.
Once removed, we will no longer have access to your Facebook profile data. However, data already collected may remain in our systems until you also complete Option B below.
- Click your profile picture at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.
- Select Settings & Privacy from the dropdown.
- Navigate to Data Privacy on the left sidebar.
- Click Partners and Services → Manage apps under "Partner applications."
- Find Zetabot AI and click Remove.
Revoking access prevents future data collection. For complete erasure of previously collected data, please continue with Option B below.
- Go to your Google Account settings.
- On the left navigation panel, click Security.
- Under "Third-party apps with account access," click Manage third-party access.
- Select Zetabot AI and click Remove Access.
Revoking Google OAuth access stops future sign-ins via Google. To erase data already collected, proceed to Option B below.
Option B: Contact Us Directly for Complete Erasure
To request the complete deletion of all your personal data from our servers (including data collected via OAuth, forms, or other interactions), please send an email to:

In your email, include:
- Your full name and the email address associated with your account.
- The name of the third-party platform you used to connect (if applicable).
- A brief statement requesting the deletion of all your personal data.
What Happens Next
- we will acknowledge receipt of your deletion request within 2 business days.
- We will process your request and permanently delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 business days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
- Note that certain data may be retained in our backup systems for a limited period, but it will be overwritten and rendered inaccessible during the normal backup rotation cycle.
